Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it! Balthier's mind is usually in constant motion, thinking up new ideas for machines or doing some kind of crime. He has a nice undercurrent of guilt, abandonment and daddy issues.

Warnings: Balthier's a flirt and a notorious rake in canon but it's not like it's wildly ooc for him to keep a lid on it, and he's never shown crossing physical boundaries with the people he flirts with. Even so, if it's something that makes you uncomfortable, just leave a note here or my inbox.
